Experience the Abel Tasman National Park from both the air and the water.
The flight departs from the Motueka airfield taking in the coastline of the Abel Tasman National Park before landing at Awaroa. If you choose you can extend the flight out over Golden Bay and Farewell Spit. Discuss this with Abel Tasman Air prior to departure.
Awaroa beach is your pick up point for your boat journey south along the stunning coastline, or if you like you can take the 1 hour walk from Awaroa to Tonga Beach, and meet the boat there.
The boats depart at a number of times during the day. Timing for the boat transfer is arranged on the day so you can spend some hours relaxing on the beach, or catch the next available boat.
A short bus trip from Marahau or Kaiteriteri Beach gets you back to your vehicle at the Motueka Airfield.
Transport can be arranged outside of the daily bus schedule, so just ask at the time of booking.

Departing Motueka, your day begins with a scenic flight out to Whanganui Inlet on the rugged West Coast, taking in Farewell Spit and Golden Bay before landing in the heart of the Abel Tasman National Park at Awaroa Bay.
Here you will be met by your Sea Limousines crew on board your exclusive boat the Northwestern. Take a comfortable 3.5 hour scenic cruise amongst wild life and the beautiful waterways, beaches and bays of the Abel Tasman National Park. The experieince finishes at the famous Kaiteriteri Beach Front with the option of a wine tour.
Included in your day is a delicious freshly prepared local platter and award winning local wine. All transfers with in the Kaiteriteri and Motueka area. (Transfers from Nelson or Golden Bay available on request.)

West Coast Guided Day Trip

A wonderful scenic flight through the mountains of Kahurangi National Park, New Zealand's most diverse and ecologically important park, landing at the West Coast settlement of Karamea.
You will be guided on a short walk to the incredible limestone arches of the Oparara River.
Your Guide from Bush and Beyond will serve a delicious lunch either at the arches or at an alternative destination - a rugged palm fringed beach 30 minutes easy walk on the famous Heaphy Track. On the way, your guide will point out the unique flora, fauna and history of the area.
On returning to Karamea, afternoon tea is provided at the Karamea Village Hotel. You can sample some real Kiwi hospitality and maybe a whitebait fritter or two.
Your return will be a scenic flight over another section of the Park, possibly the Heaphy Track or the Wilderness Coast
